Budding Heads is an artistic production company motivated by the power of new ideas from many voices. We strive to promote community, open collaboration, and healthy artistic conflict within our work and to reject the outdated hierarchies often found in artistic spaces. We are eager to tell new stories and to create unconventional work with excited and empowered artists.

Budding Heads seeks to empower artists to take autonomy over their own work (be they performers, designers, technicians, and then some!) In this pursuit, we reject the rigid hierarchies so often found in artistic spaces and choose to pursue practices that create a sense of empowerment, investment, and artistic autonomy for all involved.
